Hand Puppet Lena

I took a workshop to learn a traditional French method of constructing hand puppets, including preparatory sketching, sculpting, papier mâché, and sewing from a pattern! This puppet is still a work in progress, as I am still deciding how to paint her and what clothes she needs. Her name is Lena, and she intends to make an appearance in a multidisciplinary project sometime soon!
